สำหรับการทดสอบค่าการซึมผ่านของออกซิเจน (OTR) นั้นเรามีทั้งแบบสภาวะมาตรฐานคือ 23 องศา C และ 0 เปอร์เซ็นต์ RH หรือหากต้องการการทดสอบในสภาวะอื่น เราสามารถ ปรับเปลี่ยนอุณหภูมิและความชื้นสัมพัทธ์ได้   ทั้งนี้ทั้งนั้นการทดสอบค่าอัตราการซึมผ่านของออกซิเจน (OTR) ก็จะแปรผันตามสภาวะทดสอบที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไป
