1368 works the opposite way: diagnose your process first, specify the technology that fits it, install and commission it end-to-end, then prove the result with your own plant data. Four steps. No handoffs. Typical project: 8–16 weeks from first call to signed acceptance.

Diagnose
— Site visit, sample matrix, problem definition. We see your plant before we quote. 
A starch plant's NIR moisture readings were drifting batch-to-batch. We came on site, sampled raw material at three intake points, and identified that the calibration model didn't match the new corn variety. The fix wasn't a new sensor — it was a recalibration.

Specify
— Technology selection, system design, ROI case. We pick what fits — not what's in our catalog.
For the same plant, we specified a recalibrated NIR with a new chemometric model rather than recommending replacement. Cost: 15% of a new instrument.

Deploy
— Supply, install, commission, train. End to end, no handoffs.
Two-day on-site commissioning, half-day operator training, written SOP in Thai left at the control room.

Prove
— Performance data, before/after comparison, signed acceptance. We don't leave until the numbers prove it works.
Six weeks of data showed moisture readings within ±0.3% of lab reference. Project signed off.
